Jennifer joined G7 in 2011 from ISTA France, where she worked as a sales assistant and developed the company's sales administration department. She was able to participate in the overhaul of a key internal department at ISTA France, responsible for developing its invoicing and customer portfolio management. Jennifer began her career at G7 as Customer Manager before becoming Customer Service Coordinator. She provides day-to-day support to Customer Service advisers, helping them to prioritise requests and deliver the best possible quality of customer service. Jennifer trained as an executive assistant.

Stéphanie joined G7 in 2015 after working for SeLoger in the property sector. This first position gave her the opportunity to learn how to listen, empathise and support her customers throughout the commercial relationship. Stéphanie began her career at G7 as a Sales Manager. As part of her role, she is involved in deploying the most appropriate priority order solution for all the employees of our corporate customers, and in monitoring its successful implementation. Stéphanie is a graduate of an international business school.

Kawtar Daoudi (IT) joined G7 in 2023 after seven years of experience in information systems engineering. Her previous experience at Renault Digital allowed her to work on two key projects to complete the digitalisation of the customer journey. At G7, Kawtar holds the position of Project Manager within the Passenger IT Department. In coordination with the technical teams, Kawtar is overseeing the redesign of the extranet dedicated to subscribers. She is also responsible for leading project scoping workshops and ensuring that websites are delivered on time. Kawtar holds a master's degree [MIAGE] in IT methods applied to business management.

Mame joined G7 in 2006 after working for IFOP in the polling institute field. In this first position, she was responsible for training new employees in survey methods and supervising the conduct of opinion research. Mame began her career at G7 as a teleconsultant before moving on to become Team Coordinator in Customer Services and then Driver Training Manager in the Network Department. In this role, she oversees training activities and coordinates the team to ensure that drivers are properly supported throughout their membership. Mame holds a degree in Economics from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Siham joined G7 in 2006 after working for SFR in the field of customer experience. This first position enabled her to develop interpersonal skills, teamwork and coaching expertise to train new SFR call centre employees. Siham began her career at G7 as a teleconsultant before moving up to Team Manager. In this role, she supervises a team of seven teleconsultants on average, supporting them in their day-to-day customer tasks and helping them to develop their skills. Siham has a BTS in accounting.

Nicolas joined G7 in 2018 after a number of professional experiences, including international experience, in the field of mobility as a Project Manager. Nicolas began his career at G7 in the Marketing Department as a Communications Officer. His first assignments focused on communications for the G7 driver community, before moving on to communications for the G7 brand, via the design of advertising and media campaigns for the general public. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Training Engineering and Consultancy from Lyon 2 University.

Yoan joined G7 in 2012 after a career in debt collection. This first position provided him with legal expertise and a supervisory role over a team of thirty people. Yoan began his career as a credit officer in G7's CPAM branch before moving on to become an Invoicing Manager in its Travel and Business division. His remit includes invoicing customer journeys, providing the business lines with his analytical and statistical expertise. Yoan trained as a management and sales assistant.

Fabien joined G7 as a call centre agent in 2001 after a number of professional experiences in different business sectors in France and abroad. He subsequently became Assistant Supervisor. With 12 years' experience in Customer Relations, Fabien moved on to a position as Quality Monitoring Manager in the Network Department, serving affiliated drivers in 2013. Since 2022, Fabien has been Affiliate Development Manager, responsible for recruiting new affiliates who join the G7 community and ensuring that they develop their skills.

Boris joined G7 in 2011 after an initial professional experience at Faurecia in the automotive sector. During this experience, Boris was able to acquire technical skills in networking and microcomputing. He then began his career at G7 as a Senior Operations Technician, with the main task of assisting the business units with IT support. Boris quickly progressed through a number of roles before being appointed Technical Manager within G7's Internal Customer division. He is currently responsible for the smooth running of all the servers that support G7's activity as a reservation centre. Boris holds a degree in Security and Networking from Cergy-Pontoise University.
