Therefore, by booking a taxi from the COMPANY, the CUSTOMER is obliged in particular to pay to the COMPANY any no-show fees, which will be billed to him/her if the CUSTOMER is not present on arrival of the taxi, in accordance with the stipulations of article 3.5.2 of these general conditions [unless the order is cancelled beforehand in accordance with the conditions of article 3.4 of these general conditions], together with the price of any services chosen when the order was placed, as stated on the price list appended hereto.

Article 3: Requesting a taxi
3.1. – Choice of service level
When ordering a taxi (either an immediate pickup or advance booking), the CUSTOMER may choose between the different service levels offered by the COMPANY in Paris and the Paris Region. Some services are available for advance bookings only or are only available on certain reservation channels.
A service level must be chosen for orders made in Paris and the Ile de France region, on the https://www.g7.fr website, through the G7® Taxi app, and, by telephone (3607: service €0.45 per min + call price).
The standard service level is the “G7®” level and other service levels are available at the CUSTOMER’s option.
When booking a taxi on www.g7.fr or on the G7® Taxi app, the CUSTOMER is expressly notified by an “interstitial” message that they have the option of selecting the desired service. The price of this service is displayed before the option is chosen by the CUSTOMER, and at the time the CUSTOMER confirms the order.
A description, the specific characteristics, the access conditions, ordering methods and the price of the services are set out in the price list annexed hereto.
These services are subject to the current VAT rate for the service offered.
The COMPANY reserves the right to suspend or cancel the various services offered, or modify, at any time, the conditions governing access thereto, by publishing a new version of the applicable general conditions on the website https://www.g7.fr and on the G7 app.
3.2 Types of request
3.2.1 - Immediate pickup
The CUSTOMER specifies that the request is for an immediate pickup and informs the COMPANY of any special requirements. It shall also inform the COMPANY that it meets the conditions required for accessing certain specific services offered, so that it can subscribe to them, and must provide proof thereof before placing any order.
The COMPANY will then immediately verify the number of taxis available in both the requested and neighbouring sectors. If a taxi is available, the COMPANY informs the CUSTOMER of the estimated arrival time, depending on taxi availability. On the basis of this information, the CUSTOMER may, if it wishes, either confirm or cancel the request.
If the CUSTOMER confirms the request, the COMPANY will then search for a taxi and immediately send an electronic acknowledgement of receipt to the CUSTOMER.
If the request is made by telephone and if the CUSTOMER is put on hold to await confirmation and hangs up for any reason whatsoever before confirmation, the request will be automatically cancelled.
Otherwise, oral confirmation is given to the CUSTOMER together with an estimated arrival time.
3.2.2. – Advance bookings
3.2.2.1. The COMPANY will accept a CUSTOMER request for an advance booking, known as a “reservation”, a maximum of thirty days and a minimum of sixty minutes before the requested arrival time. This is not a reservation for a specific taxi but a request to be processed by the COMPANY between 15 and 45 minutes before the scheduled arrival time at the pickup point, including the special requirements concerning the taxi requested and expected traffic conditions. The COMPANY reserves the right to refuse advance bookings on certain days, at certain times or for certain geographical sectors depending on the number of bookings already recorded and/or estimated taxi availability.
3.2.2.2. Particular case of advance bookings at trains stations and airports
This chargeable service may be selected by the CUSTOMER for any advance booking departing from a Paris train station or airport. The conditions and prices are set out in the appended price list.
CUSTOMERS who select this service benefit from:
The meeting point is communicated to the CUSTOMER on the booking confirmation, and cannot be changed on CUSTOMER’s request.
When booking, the CUSTOMER needs to provide the station with the train number or the airport with the arrival terminal and the flight number information.
When subscribing to the specific “welcome pick-up at train station and airport” service, the COMPANY recommends the CUSTOMER to take a sufficient time margin taking into account the different steps of disembarking, retrieving the luggage, documents control, custom formalities and crossing the station/airport before specifying the scheduled arrival time.
The prices of the different waiting times are listed in the enclosed price list.
The COMPANY informs the CUSTOMER that inIn accordance with the regulation applied to Parisian taxis, when a taxi driver waits for a CUSTOMER, waiting fees (which are charged from the reservation time selected by the CUSTOMER) are added to the price of the service selected by the CUSTOMER, based on the regulatory rate displayed by the taxi’s meter in accordance with the prefectural decree in forceare charged to the CUSTOMER by the latter starting from the scheduled arrival time at the amount shown on the meter on the basis of applicable tariffs.
The CUSTOMER will be informed by the COMPANY by text message of the taxi arrival and the maximum waiting time as per the waiting time selected by the CUSTOMER.
The “pick-up at train station and airport” service is offered for all service levels. It is only available for advance bookings. The eligible train stations and airports are listed in the price list.
3.2.2.3. If problems are encountered in finding a taxi, particularly because of bad traffic conditions or events which disrupt either taxi mobility or availability in the Parisian taxi zone, the COMPANY reserves the right to contact the CUSTOMER three minutes before the expected arrival time in order to inform the latter of progress made in its search and to take his/her instructions regarding whether to continue the search for a taxi.
The COMPANY shall at this time ask the CUSTOMER whether it wishes to confirm its taxi request or cancel it in order to make other arrangements.
In the event that, at this stage of the request, the CUSTOMER decides to cancel the taxi request, the COMPANY shall not invoice the CUSTOMER for any optional service level option that may have been selected.
If the CUSTOMER has made the booking via the G7® Taxi app, they can also use the app to track the approaching taxi’s position in real time and contact the driver, as soon as the taxi sets off, in the event of specific issues (“Click to call” function).
If the CUSTOMER orders a taxi in advance on the G7® Taxi app, they can access, a few minutes before the scheduled departure time, real time information on their taxi search: anticipated arrival time, driver’s real time location, and whether a taxi is unavailable or still being sought. In addition, if the driver provides an arrival time that is later than the booked time, the COMPANY will immediately notify the CUSTOMER by sending them a text message to the number provided when they made the booking, containing the information provided by the driver.
Outside the Parisian taxi zone, the COMPANY shall notify the CUSTOMER where the driver indicates an estimated time of arrival later than the time scheduled for the advance booking. The CUSTOMER shall thereafter monitor, via the G7® Taxi app, the status of the search in progress, the real-time location of the taxi during its approach, and the estimated time of arrival, and shall contact the COMPANY or the driver without delay from the outset of the journey in the event of any specific difficulty.
The CUSTOMER acknowledges that he/she has been informed that the COMPANY has made their best efforts to find an available taxi for the CUSTOMER at the arranged time and is only held to an obligation to use all reasonable means, even in the case where the CUSTOMER has booked selected the G7® Zen optionservice. The COMPANY cannot be held liable if a taxi is not available.
3.2.3 – Requests for “Third-party Payment” journeys (journeys covered by the CUSTOMER’s health insurance)
3.2.3.1. Some taxi drivers affiliated with the COMPANY are approved by the Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie de Paris, or “CPAM” (the primary health insurance fund) to transport insured individuals upon medical prescription.
These journeys are requested by CPAM approved healthcare professionals and are paid for in full or in part by the CPAM.
In the event of a journey covered by the health insurance fund, it is essential that the CUSTOMER informs the COMPANY of the specific nature and requirements of the journey when requesting the service.
He/she must also hand the driver the prescription for the requested journey, at the start of the journey, and present his/her health insurance card (“carte vitale”) and an original health insurance certificate less than one year old (65% or 100% cover), drawn up in his/her own name and valid.
The prescription for the journey must be duly completed, signed and stamped by the prescribing doctor.
In the absence of the foregoing, the taxi driver will be unable to provide the journey requested by the CUSTOMER as a “Third-party Payment” journey, and the CUSTOMER will have to pay the taxi driver for the journey.
3.2.3.2. Journeys covered by the CPAM may be requested for immediate pickup or booked in advance pursuant to the provisions of articles 3.2.1 and 3.3.1 (immediate pickup) and 3.2.2 and 3.3.2 (advance bookings).
3.2.3.3. Third-party Payment journeys are invoiced by the taxi driver pursuant to the applicable regulations and the agreement signed by the driver with the CPAM. They may be covered by the CPAM in full. If not, the driver will ask the CUSTOMER to settle their share of the cost at the end of the journey.
3.2.3.4. In the event of a problem in connection with a journey covered by the health insurance fund, the CUSTOMER must contact the Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie de Paris.
3.3. – Booking procedure
3.3.1 Advance bookings
For each advance booking, the CUSTOMER shall provide details of its request, the day, time, address, the specific requirements relating to the request and any service selected, together with the passenger’s name and his/her mobile telephone number.
The CUSTOMER will be allocated a booking number which it must keep and provide to the COMPANY’s Customer Relations Centre in the case of any change to or cancellation of the request.
If the taxi has not arrived 5 minutes after the agreed time, the CUSTOMER must immediately call the COMPANY’s Customer Relations Centre on 01 47 39 09 00 or 3607 (service €0.45 per min + call price), which shall provide it with any useful information concerning the arrival of the taxi or progress in searching for a taxi, it being reiterated that, if the CUSTOMER has made the booking via the G7® Taxi app, they can also use the app to monitor their search for a taxi, track the approaching taxi’s position in real time and the taxi's estimated arrival time, and contact the driver, as soon as the taxi sets off, in the event of specific issues (“Click to call” function in the G7® Taxi app).
3.3.2 Request for an immediate pickup
For each immediate pickup request, the CUSTOMER shall provide details of its request, address, the specific requirements relating to the request and any service selected, together with the passenger’s name and his/her mobile telephone number.
When it receives an immediate pickup request, the COMPANY shall give an estimated time of arrival to the CUSTOMER, depending on taxi availability. The CUSTOMER may, on the basis of this information, either confirm or cancel the request. If the CUSTOMER confirms the request, the COMPANY shall then search for a taxi and, where the request is made via the website or the G7® Taxiapp, immediately send an electronic acknowledgement of receipt to the CUSTOMER.
3.4. – Cancellation of a booking
Cancellation is defined as the CUSTOMER action on cancelling its booking before the arrival of the taxi driver at the pick-up address.
In the case of an advance booking, the CUSTOMER may cancel the booking free of charge up to 1 hour before the agreed time of arrival. Otherwise, a cancellation fee is charged to the CUSTOMER and shall be paid to the driver for the journey made by the taxi until the time of cancellation, either at the fixed amount of €8 corresponding to the minimum taxi ride fare (regulated tariff) when the pick-up address is located within the Paris taxi zone, or at the amount shown on the meter on the basis of applicable tariffs when the pick-up address is located outside the Paris taxi zone.
In the case of a request for an immediate pickup, if the CUSTOMER cancels the request more than 4 minutes after confirming it, a cancellation fee is charged and shall be paid to the driver for the journey made by the taxi until the time of cancellation either at the fixed amount of €8 corresponding to the minimum taxi ride fare (regulated tariff) when the pick-up address is located within the Paris taxi zone, or at the amount shown on the meter on the basis of applicable tariffs when the pick-up address is located outside the Paris taxi zone.
In both scenarios, the price of any service selected and described in the price list, is also payable to the COMPANY.
3.5. – Picking up the passenger and failure of the CUSTOMER to arrive
3.5.1. Pickup
The CUSTOMER must enter the taxi as soon as it arrives at the address given for the immediate pickup, or at the agreed reservation time in the case of an advance booking, provided that the taxi is already at the pickup address.
In the case of a request for an immediate pickup: a text message shall be sent to the mobile telephone number provided when the request was made, informing the CUSTOMER that the taxi has arrived at the chosen address. If the CUSTOMER does not wish to provide the passenger’s mobile telephone number, the taxi shall be deemed to have arrived at the chosen address at the estimated arrival time provided to the CUSTOMER when the request was made.
The amount shown on the meter must be paid to the driver, together with any additional regulatory charges (fifth passenger, etc.) on the basis of applicable tariffs.
The CUSTOMER, and any persons accompanying them, shall present themselves to the taxi driver in clothing and with luggage that will not affect the state of cleanliness of the taxi vehicle.
As soon as he/she is picked up, the CUSTOMER is responsible for any damage/repairs occasioned/required to the vehicle by his/her actions, during the journey. A charge for “vehicle damage costs” will be applied in the event of any behaviour that soils or damages the interior of the taxi vehicle. It is specified that the taxi driver shall be entitled to refuse to pick up any person who is clearly drunk or whose behaviour might jeopardise the successful completion of the journey.
3.5.2. Failure of the CUSTOMER to arrive
3.5.2.1. Failure of the CUSTOMER to arrive for the G7®, G7® Green, G7® Famille (break), G7® Coffre+, G7® Access Standard and G7® Access Coffre+ services: if the passenger fails to arrive, the taxi driver is authorised to leave five minutes after the agreed time without prior warning. The driver will record this and charge either a fixed amount when the pick-up address is located within the Paris taxi zone (9€ for immediate pick-up and 12€ for advanced booking) or the amount shown on the meter on the basis of applicable tariffs when the pick-up address is located outside the Paris taxi zone.
3.5.2.2. Failure of the CUSTOMER to arrive for the G7® Van, G7® Van Vip, G7® Vip, G7® Famille (van), G7® Vélo, G7® Zen and G7® Access Rampe services: if the passenger fails to arrive, the taxi driver is authorised to leave ten minutes after the agreed time without prior warning. The driver will record this and the amount shown on the meter will be charged on the basis of applicable tariffs.
3.5.2.3. Failure of the CUSTOMER to arrive for the “pick-up at train station and airport” service: the CUSTOMER is informed by text message by the COMPANY of the taxi arrival and is reminded of the maximum waiting time as per the time selected. If the passenger fails to arrive at the meeting point by this time, the taxi driver is authorised to leave. The driver will record this and the amount shown on the meter will be charge on the basis of applicable tariffs.
3.5.2.4. Chargeability of the price of the optional service selected by the CUSTOMER: if the CUSTOMER fails to arrive at the agreed time, the price of any service selected when making the request, will also apply and will be billed to the CUSTOMER by the COMPANY at the amount stated in the price list/description and prices of optional G7 services appended hereto.
3.5.2.5. Payment: if the https://www.g7.fr website or the G7® Taxi app is used to make a request with previously registered payment card in the CUSTOMER’S G7® account, regardless of the payment method selected by the CUSTOMER (payment via the website or G7® Taxi app or payment made inside the taxi), or if a request is made by telephone and bank details are supplied at the same time, the costs will be debited using this payment card. In the event that the CUSTOMER does not provide or pre-register his/her payment card details, or in the case where the bank transaction fails, or is later rejected, the COMPANY reserves the right to email the CUSTOMER a statement for the journey on behalf of the taxi driver and, if relevant, an invoice for any services selected when making the request, which the CUSTOMER undertakes expressly to pay to the COMPANY immediately on receipt.
3.6. – Specific vehicle
If the CUSTOMER requests a specific vehicle (request for a specific vehicle, offered exclusively within the Paris and Île-de-France area), the COMPANY shall make its best endeavours to find a taxi which corresponds to these specific requirements. If no such vehicle is available, the COMPANY reserves the right to send another type of taxi, including, as need be, to send 2 vehicles instead of one depending on the volume of luggage and the number of passengers to be transported. In this case, the CUSTOMER shall pay the price for each driver.
3.7. Confirmation of taxi request
3.7.1. Request for payment authorisation (or “payment card pre-authorisation”)
The CUSTOMER is hereby informed that a payment authorisation request is made to the company that issued the payment card each time a journey is booked (or later modified) online, and the CUSTOMER hereby authorises the COMPANY to make such requests in accordance with the provisions of article 6.2.2 of these general conditions.
3.7.2 Request for “strong authentication”: 2nd European Directive Regulation on Payment Services (n°2015/2366), called PSD2
The DSP2 regulation, which aims to strengthen the security of payment transactions and access to accounts thanks to strong authentication for electronic payments made online, has implemented a new protocol for securing 3DS V2 (3D Secure version 2),
The CUSTOMER is informed that this new regulation, in order to limit the risk of fraud and to better authenticate the CUSTOMER, requires any additional checks to be carried out (depending on the CUSTOMER's bank) when registering the payment card of the CUSTOMER in his G7 account as well as at the time of validation of the taxi request (password, PIN code, validation in the app of the CUSTOMER's bank, etc.). This authentication step is necessary to allow the CUSTOMER, after validation by his bank of the payment card pre-authorisation, to finalize his journey request with the COMPANY.
3.8. – Managing Bookings and Complaints
Any CUSTOMER wishing to manage a booking or lodge a complaint may call the COMPANY’S Customer Relations Centre on 01 47 39 09 00 (dedicated basic rate number) with their reservation number, complete the form made available on https://www.g7.fr (on the aide.g7.fr/hc/fr page) or write to Customer Services at the following address: G7, Service Clients, 22/28 rue Henri Barbusse, 92110 CLICHY, FRANCE.
It is also reiterated that, if the CUSTOMER has made the booking via the G7® Taxi app, they can also use the app to monitor their search for a taxi, track the approaching taxi’s position in real time and the taxi's estimated arrival time and contact the driver, as soon as the taxi sets off, in the event of specific issues (“Click to call” function in the G7® Taxi app).

Where these services are chargeable, the price of the service selected by the CUSTOMER shall be debited by the COMPANY from the payment card provided by the CUSTOMER.
The different optional services provided by the COMPANY and available on request by the CUSTOMER are subject to the current VAT rate for the service offered.
A description and the prices of these services are set out in the price list annexed hereto.
The price of the services selected by the CUSTOMER, plus VAT at the rate in force on the date of the services, is paid by the CUSTOMER to the COMPANY in consideration for the central reservation services it provides. It does not, in any respect, constitute an additional charge within the meaning of the regulations applicable to taxis.
In accordance with the applicable regulations on taxis operating in Paris, the taxi driver receives the full amount of the price for the journey (journey to the pick-up point, the price for the journey and any regulatory supplements) as regulated by prefectural rates, at the price displayed by the taxi’s meter.
4.1. – Price list
The price list is appended to these general conditions. It contains a description, the specific characteristics, the access conditions, ordering methods and the price of the various optional G7 services within the Parisian taxi zone charged by the COMPANY.
Irrespective of the booking method used when booking a G7®-affiliated Paris taxi, (g7.fr website, G7® Taxi app or telephone), the CUSTOMER may choose between the different optional services offered by the COMPANY (other than the G7 Zen service, which is only available on the G7® Taxi app).
The prices of these different services may be altered by the COMPANY and it is the CUSTOMER’s responsibility to find out about the applicable tariffs by consulting the website or G7® Taxi app prior to making a request.
4.2. - Telephone requests: 36 07 (service €0.45 per min + call price)
If the CUSTOMER requests an optional service, the price of the service shall be payable by payment card at the time of the telephone call. The invoice can be downloaded in PDF format from a link in a text message sent to the phone number registered for the booking.
For the purposes of invoicing, business CUSTOMERS undertake to submit their company name and billing address to the COMPANY using the interface provided and to download their invoices during the calendar month in which the journey took place.
4.3. – On-line requests
On-line requests are made via the www.g7.fr website or using the COMPANY’s G7® Taxi app.
In the event that an optional service is requested, the price for the service level and/or specific service option shall be debited from the payment card pre-registered in the CUSTOMER’s G7® account.
4.4. – Invoicing
The PDF invoice is downloadable from the CUSTOMER’S G7® account accessible using his/her personal login and password on the https://www.g7.fr website. A link to the https://www.g7.fr website is sent to the CUSTOMER by email once the journey has been completed. The CUSTOMER consents to receiving invoices by electronic means.
The CUSTOMER and the COMPANY undertake to treat the PDF invoices as original documents that are fully binding on them both. As such, the CUSTOMER and the COMPANY agree to confer on the PDF invoices the evidential value granted by law to traditional invoices.
4.5. – Payment default
Any sum unpaid due to the total or partial rejection of the CUSTOMER’s payment card will entitle the COMPANY to suspend the CUSTOMER’s G7® account without notice and with immediate effect.
In the event of non-payment, the COMPANY may also automatically close the CUSTOMER’s G7® account, pursuant to the provisions of Article 10 below.
Any sum remaining unpaid shall be increased by late payment interest at three times the current legal interest rate as from the first overdue date after the payment date. A flat rate indemnity of €40 shall also be charged for recovery costs if the CUSTOMER is a business.
4.6. – Damage to the vehicle
If the CUSTOMER or the persons accompanying him/her causes damage to the taxi, a fixed charge of €90 (including VAT) to cover vehicle cleaning and/or repair costs will be charged to the payment card registered by the CUSTOMER, who expressly accepts this condition.
If no payment card has been registered, the company will send the CUSTOMER an invoice, which it promises to pay.
Article 5: The COMPANY’s responsibility
The COMPANY’s responsibility is limited to searching for a taxi for the address given by the CUSTOMER and to the transmission of this proposal to the taxi driver.
The COMPANY shall use its best endeavours to find an available taxi for the CUSTOMER as soon as possible or at the arranged time in the case of a request for an advance booking, and is only held to an obligation to use all reasonable means, even in the case where the CUSTOMER has booked the G7® Zen service, as the journeys are done by affiliated taxi drivers who are professionals independent of the COMPANY.
Its liability shall not be incurred if its search is unsuccessful in the case of a taxi not being available, even in the case of a request for an advance booking.
In accordance with Article L 3412-3 of the French Transportation Code, the COMPANY shall remain responsible with regards to the CUSTOMER for the proper performance of the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the latter.
However, the COMPANY shall have no liability if the search for a taxi is unsuccessful and this applies even in the case of a "reservation" mentioned in article 3.2.2., if the performance or poor performance of the contract is attributable either to the CUSTOMER, or due to an unforeseeable and insurmountable event by a third party external to the provision of the service or to an event of force majeure or, more generally, in the following cases which may prevent the performance of the contract under usual and expected conditions that are recognised as an event of force majeure: break down or problems with the IT and/or telecommunications systems which prevent access to on-line systems, strikes, demonstrations, bad weather, traffic accidents causing traffic congestion, traffic jams of an unusual size, non-availability of taxis, epidemics or pandemics.
Upon acceptance by the taxi driver of the CUSTOMER’s request for a journey, as transmitted by the COMPANY, the taxi driver shall be directly bound vis-à-vis the CUSTOMER for the performance of all the obligations fixed by the law and regulations in terms of the transportation of passengers in return for payment.
The taxi driver thus enters into a contract directly with the CUSTOMER, whom he transports and assumes responsibility for the transportation.
He shall ensure the completion of the taxi journey transmitted by the COMPANY, it being clarified that the performance of the transportation services, from the CUSTOMER being picked up by the vehicle until he is dropped off, is carried out under the responsibility of the taxi driver who assumes complete control over the transportation operation.
The COMPANY shall have no liability in the event that the taxi driver accepting the pickup is responsible for any late arrival, non-performance or defective performance of the contract.
Whenever the CUSTOMER pays the taxi driver directly, the CUSTOMER shall be responsible for obtaining a receipt from the taxi driver at the end of the journey; the COMPANY cannot issue receipts at a later date.
A receipt (invoice) must be given whenever the cost of the journey is equal to or more than €25, inclusive of VAT, and whenever the CUSTOMER requests an invoice.
Taxi fares are regulated and governed by the prefectural rates in force. With the exception of fixed airport fares applicable to journeys between Paris Rive Droite/Rive Gauche and the airports of Orly and Roissy CDG, the price of the taxi ride is determined at the end thereof, based on the journey time and the distance travelled according to the applicable metered fare.
Estimates of the journey time and the fare are provided by the COMPANY to the CUSTOMER for information purposes only. Such estimates, established on the basis of prefectural rates, are based on standard data (estimated duration of the journey from the pick-up address, applicable metered rate, etc.) under normal traffic conditions. These estimates have no contractual value and the COMPANY shall not under any circumstances have any liability in this respect. The COMPANY may not therefore be held liable for a longer journey time and/or a higher amount for the journey. In the case of journeys of high importance and/or journeys to the train station or the airport, it is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER to take a sufficient precautionary margin to mitigate any traffic jam or other types of risk. The COMPANY recommends the CUSTOMER to take a precautionary margin of 45 minutes for journeys to train stations, and 60 minutes to airports in normal traffic conditions, and cannot be held responsible for any consequence of traffic conditions.
In the same way, in the case of journeys departing from train stations or airports, the COMPANY recommends the CUSTOMER to take a sufficient time margin between the train/ flight arrival and the scheduled arrival, in order to go through the different steps of disembarking, retrieving the luggage, documents control, custom formalities and crossing the station/airport before meeting with the taxi driver at the meeting point. The COMPANY recommends the CUSTOMER to take an additional precautionary margin of 45 minutes when departing from train stations, and 60 minutes when departing from airports, and cannot be held responsible for any train/ flight delay nor the malfunctioning of rail and airport services.
Article 6: Special provisions relating to taxi requests made using the Internet or the G7® Taxi app
6.1. – Cookies
The CUSTOMER acknowledges that it has been informed of the use of a “temporary cookie” which, after connection, permits the visitor to be identified throughout the session. This cookie, which is memory resident, remains active until the visitor closes the session by clicking on the appropriate button on the on-line request home page, or by closing the browser (in which case the cookie is usually automatically removed). Although this is not recommended, the CUSTOMER may refuse the use of this cookie without limiting its site access possibilities, by appropriately configuring its browser settings.
6.2. – Payment
6.2.1. Payment system via a secure payment interface (system developed and maintained by an online service provider):
The payment for services offered online and any costs payable under these general terms and conditions is made by secure electronic card payment, via our payment service provider (PSP) certified to PCI/DSS standards platform.
The CUSTOMER expressly authorises the COMPANY to use the payment service provider system or any other secure online payment system of the latter’s choosing.
Except for the expiration date of the CUSTOMER's payment card, the COMPANY doesn’t store or obtain knowledge at no time of the CUSTOMER’s bank details. Data regarding the payment card (card number, expiry date and security code) are transmitted directly, in encrypted form, to its payment service provider server without passing through the physical G7 server hardware
6.2.2. Request for payment authorisation (or “payment card pre-authorisation”):
In accordance with the provisions of articles 2.1 and 3.7.1 of these general conditions, the CUSTOMER is hereby informed that a payment authorisation request is made to the company that issued the payment card when the payment card of the CUSTOMER is registered in his G7 account and each time a journey is booked (or later modified), and the CUSTOMER hereby authorises the COMPANY to make such requests. The amount of this payment card pre-authorisation varies depending on the case:
This amount will be temporarily reserved by the bank issuing the CUSTOMER's payment card, then recredited to the CUSTOMER (save where final payment for the transaction is rejected in accordance with the provisions of article 6.2.3). The time taken to recredit the aforementioned amount varies depending on the company that issued the payment card used by the CUSTOMER.
6.2.3. Payment of the journey by payment card: The transaction is finally debited from the CUSTOMER’s payment card upon completion of the journey.
If the transaction is rejected after completion of the journey despite the pre-authorisation obtained in advance from the company that issued the payment card, the CUSTOMER expressly authorises the COMPANY to definitively deduct the price of the journey from the payment card pre-authorisation.
The transaction is carried out by the CUSTOMER in accordance with bank security requirements. The use of the encryption system SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certified to PCI/DSS standard prevents interception by a third party of the data concerning the payment card provided by the CUSTOMER.
When providing its bank account details, the CUSTOMER unconditionally accepts in advance that the COMPANY is authorised to carry out the secured transaction. The CUSTOMER therefore gives prior authorisation to its bank to debit sums shown on records or statements provided by the COMPANY from its account, even if there are no invoices signed by the card holder.
In accordance with Article L 133-8 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, the undertaking to pay using a payment card may not be revoked. By providing information concerning its payment card, the CUSTOMER authorises the COMPANY to debit the sum representing the price using its payment card, including taxes. For this purposes, the CUSTOMER confirms that it has a payment card and provides to the payment service provider the sixteen digits, the expiry date and, as necessary, the security code.
6.3 – Use of promotional codes
The COMPANY reserves the right to advertise temporary promotional offers to CUSTOMERS in the form of promotional codes, called "advantage codes".
These advantage codes may be used solely to order taxis either via the G7® Taxi app, or online via the g7.fr site. In both cases, the journey must be paid for by "in-app payment" using the payment card registered to the CUSTOMER’s G7® account. These two conditions are cumulative.
These advantage codes may only be used in accordance with the specific access conditions (procedures, period, terms, CUSTOMER category, etc.) listed on the COMPANY’s website, the G7® Taxi app or other media (emails, Facebook posts, notice boards, etc.) for each advantage code.
They may not be used:
These advantage codes may not be duplicated, sold, distributed or transferred in any way, including free of charge, or offered to anyone (by posting on a public forum or otherwise) without the COMPANY’s express permission.
The COMPANY reserves the right to suspend or discontinue these temporary promotional offers at any time by deactivating the relevant advantage code(s), particularly in the case of attempted fraud or embezzlement of any kind. The CUSTOMER shall have no right of appeal.
6.4 – Taxi driver tipping
Tips are optional and are left to the CUSTOMER’S sole discretion.
A tip, the principle and amount of which are freely determined by the CUSTOMER, may be paid to the taxi driver for each journey completed. The amount of the default tip is set (from €0 to €20) by the CUSTOMER when creating his/her G7® account on the G7® Taxi app or in his/her G7® account on the https://www.g7.fr website; it is then applied by default to all the CUSTOMER’S taxi journeys. The tip, either set by default or modified by the CUSTOMER during the journey, is applied at the end of the journey when the taxi driver transmits the price of the journey on his onboard device.
The G7® Taxi app and the https://www.g7.fr website provide the CUSTOMER with a function enabling him/her to set the tip to be paid for each journey by default, unless modified by the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER may modify or cancel the default tip at any time in his/her G7® Taxi app or on the G7.fr website in the “Payment / tip” section.
The amount of the tip may be modified at any time by the CUSTOMER during the taxi journey, provided the modification is finalised by the CUSTOMER before the end of the journey in progress (the end of the journey corresponding to transmission by the taxi driver of the price of the journey on his onboard taxi device). The amount of the tip applied to the taxi journey may be modified at the CUSTOMER’s request to the customer service within 3 days after the journey. If it has already been paid, the company will refund it.
The tip paid by the CUSTOMER is paid by the latter using the payment card he/she has saved in his/her G7® account. This default tip only applies to journeys paid for using the payment card saved in his/her G7® account in the G7® Taxi app, journeys provided by the “G7® Connect” service, or via the G7.fr website.
At the end of the journey, the CUSTOMER receives an email summarising the price of the journey and the amount of the tip paid to the taxi driver.
The tip is paid in full to the taxi driver at the same time as the price of the journey.
6.5. – No right to retract
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, there is no right to retract.
6.6. – Service availability
The COMPANY shall make its best endeavours to ensure that the on-line request service is as far as possible permanently operational, 24/24 and 365 days per year. It does however reserve the right to interrupt this service, with or without notice, for operational reasons.
Service availability is moreover subject to the CUSTOMER’s use of adequate IT resources, an appropriate Internet browser (a list of compatible browsers is available on demand) or a smartphone which is compatible with the hardware and software (recommended configurations may be obtained from the COMPANY on demand).
6.7. – Intellectual property
In accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code, the COMPANY is the owner of all elements used on the site or the G7® Taxi app (graphics, images, text, logos, data bases, programmes), except for those elements (inter alia logos) provided by the COMPANY’s partners.
Any full or partial reproduction, modification or use of trademarks, illustrations, images, elements and logos for whatever reason and on any medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the express and prior consent of the COMPANY.
Accordingly, the CUSTOMER expressly agrees not to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, create derivative works, distribute, sell, transfer, publicly present, transmit, disseminate, reference, index, compare, extract, integrate or otherwise use the COMPANY’s taxi reservation service, the G7® Taxi app, the G7® Website and all their components.
Article 7: Taxi requests in the French provinces and abroad
7.1. General provisions applicable to all taxi ride requests
The COMPANY offers a special service to arrange contact between the CUSTOMER and the COMPANY’s partner taxi booking centres for taxi journeys outside of the Paris region, whether in France or abroad.
In this case, the COMPANY acts as a simple intermediary and arranges the CUSTOMER’s contact with partner taxi booking centres which shall process taxi requests under their own responsibility and in accordance with their own general conditions and their own pricing mechanisms.
The COMPANY shall have no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever as the taxi requests are made with and under the responsibility of the local taxi booking centres except in the case of taxi requests made by the CUSTOMER via the G7® Taxi app and carried out in accordance with the specific terms set out in Article 7.2.
The COMPANY shall not be held liable for any failure to put the CUSTOMER in contact with a taxi booking centre in the event of problems beyond its control, in particular if the performance or poor performance of the contract is attributable either to the CUSTOMER, to an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party external to the provision of the service, or to an event of force majeure, such as IT and/or telephone problems, strikes, demonstrations, bad weather, traffic jams of an unusual size or if the taxi booking centre is not available or non-availability of taxis.
7.2. Specific provisions applicable to taxi requests made via the G7® Taxi app through a COMPANY’s partner taxi booking center
The provisions of this Article 7.2 shall supplement the provisions of Article 7.1 applicable to all taxi booking requests made to the COMPANY outside the Greater Paris region.
As part of a test period starting on June 22, 2026, the G7® Taxi app also enables the CUSTOMER to book a taxi in the Bordeaux region, including the Bordeaux metropolitan area, Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport, the Bordeaux Urban Community, and the municipalities of Arcachon, Cap-Ferret and Lacanau, as well as the Dune du Pilat site.
The taxi request made by the CUSTOMER with the COMPANY via the G7® Taxi app is transmitted by the COMPANY to the partner taxi booking centre, which, under its sole responsibility, shall forward it to the taxi drivers affiliated with it.
Access to the taxi search service requires the CUSTOMER to create a G7® account via the G7® Taxi app, such account being created at the time of the first booking. In accordance with Article 2, the creation of an account requires acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and the registration of a payment card.
Once the pick-up and destination addresses have been entered, the CUSTOMER may request a taxi either for immediate service or for advance booking under the standard service level “G7®”. This service does not provide access to the various service levels and options available exclusively within the Paris and Greater Paris region (Paris taxi zone).
The booking request shall be governed by these General Terms and Conditions, including notably the provisions of Article 3.8 relating to booking tracking and the handling of complaints.
This service connecting the CUSTOMER with a taxi via the G7® Taxi app shall be provided free of charge for the standard service level “G7®”.
The fare for the journey shall be determined in accordance with the regulated tariff applicable in the geographical area of the COMPANY’s partner booking centre. It shall be paid by the CUSTOMER upon completion of the journey via the G7® Taxi app using the payment card entered in-app. No other method of payment shall be accepted.
The COMPANY reserves the right to terminate this testing period and to suspend or discontinue this taxi booking service via the G7® Taxi app with the partner booking centre, or to amend, at any time, the conditions of access to this service by publishing an updated version of the applicable General Terms and Conditions on the website https://www.g7.fr and within the G7® Taxi app.
Article 8: Special provisions relating to requests for taxis accessible to persons with reduced mobility: “G7® ACCESS” service
8.1. – Offered vehicles
The COMPANY gives the CUSTOMER the possibility to request taxis which are adapted for the transport of persons with reduced mobility.
Depending on the CUSTOMER’s needs, three levels of “G7® ACCESS” service are available.
8.1.1. - “G7® ACCESS STANDARD” Service
This service is provided by taxi drivers operating low-floor vehicles to facilitate boarding. This solution is particularly suitable for people with reduced mobility who have difficulty getting in or out of a vehicle. By significantly lowering the step height, the low floor allows easier access to the vehicle while minimizing the effort required.
8.1.2. - “G7® ACCESS COFFRE+” Service
This service is provided by taxi drivers operating low-floor vehicles with large trunks. It is suitable for users of standard-sized foldable manual wheelchairs who are able to transfer independently and therefore do not require a ramp. This service is also appropriate for people with reduced mobility who have difficulty getting in or out of a vehicle and who are traveling with bulky luggage.
8.1.3 - “G7® ACCESS RAMPE” Service
This service is provided by taxi drivers whose vehicles have been specifically configured and equipped with access ramps or lift platforms, allowing access for users of manual or electric wheelchairs who cannot transfer out of their wheelchair. The taxi drivers offering this service receive specialized hands-on training provided by the Garches Hospital to ensure appropriate care for passengers with disabilities.
The maximum authorized weight for a wheelchair with its occupant must not exceed 250 kg. The maximum dimensions are 67 cm in width, 1.20 m in length, and 1.35 m in height (with the occupant).
8.2. – Booking procedure
“G7® ACCESS STANDARD”, “G7® ACCESS COFFRE+” and “G7® ACCESS RAMPE” bookings are made either by telephone to 36 07 (service €0.45 per min+ call price), via the G7® Taxi app, or via the www.g7.fr website. In addition, the COMPANY has created a dedicated priority line at 01 47 39 00 91 for this purpose. In order to facilitate the search for an adapted vehicle, the COMPANY shall define the passenger profile with the caller and identify particular constraints at the time of the first request. All information concerning the identity of the passenger, the nature of the disability, the type of vehicle requested and all other additional information that the caller deems necessary to provide in order to facilitate the transport is therefore recorded in the COMPANY’s files. A reference number is allocated to the caller. This reference number must be provided by the caller for all subsequent requests. The name, address and telephone numbers of the passenger or the caller are also recorded.
8.3. – Liability
Neither the COMPANY nor the taxi driver shall have any liability if the passenger needs to be accompanied by a guardian or attendant or, in the case of a young person under the age of 18, by the legal guardian, and the latter is absent, in the case of insufficient vehicle accessibility, if the passenger’s wheelchair does not fit in the taxi, if the taxi is unable to park sufficiently close to the pickup address because of parking restrictions, if the weight limits set down in article 8.1 above are exceeded or if, for any reason whatsoever beyond the control of the taxi driver, the latter is unable to pick up the passenger.
Subject to these reservations, the taxi driver shall be liable for the performance of the transport service and for the passenger entering and leaving the vehicle.
The passenger shall be exclusively liable in the case of accident or loss suffered in the event that the latter requests special assistance from the taxi driver which is over and above the transport service.
Article 9: Restricted access to the service: suspension of the G7® account
The COMPANY may restrict access to the service by any CUSTOMER, without notice, in the following cases:
Article 10: Termination: closure of the G7® account
10.1. - The CUSTOMER may terminate his/her G7® account at any time by sending an email to the COMPANY via the contact form (https://aide.g7.fr/hc/fr).
10.2. - Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 9, the COMPANY may terminate the CUSTOMER’s registration and close his/her G7® account without notice in the event of failure by the latter to fulfil his/her contractual obligations, in particular Article 2 of these general conditions, or in the case of fraud, actions contrary to the COMPANY’s commercial interests, insufficient funds in the CUSTOMER’s bank account or non-payment by the latter of previous journeys taken.
Article 11: Changes to the General Conditions
The COMPANY reserves the right to change these General Conditions by publishing a new version on the https://www.g7.fr website and on the G7® Taxi app.
The applicable General Conditions are those in force at the date on which the service is used.
Article 12: Personal data protection
The Service covered by these general terms and conditions is subject to the applicable personal data protection regulations, including (EU) REGULATION 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 (the “GDPR”) and all other legislative or regulatory texts that may complete or supersede it (the “Applicable Regulations”).
