Marketing Manger GP & Abo
Marianne joined G7 in 2017 after several experiences in Strategic Marketing. Thanks to these experiences she acquired a 360° degres view of the Marketing issues & CRM. Marianne is responsible of the product offer for all passenger clients and the CRM strategy. Marianne is a graduate of ESSEC business school.
Customer Experience Director
Cristian began his career in strategy consulting. He joined G7 in 2016 as Advisor to CEO’s office before becoming Customer Experience Director. Cristian leads the Customer Service and is also G7 spokesperson. Cristian is a graduate of Polytechnique and London School of Economics.
IT Systems Analyst
Southida began her career as Project Manager in an IT services company before becoming Manager of the Functional Division. In 2011, Southida joined G7 as IT Systems Analyst in the Web/Internet & Server team in charge of IT projects related to order-taking tools. Southida is a graduate of ENSEEIHT engineering school.
Director of the G7 Drivers Community
Laurent joined G7 in 2016 after several experiences. He was Director of Franchise Operations of one of the major actor in tourism industry. Laurent is currently Director of the G7 Drivers Community which is made up of more than 9,500 drivers. He is in charge of selecting, training and developing quality in the behavior of each G7 driver. Laurent is a graduate of Kedge Business School.
Sales Development Director
Arnaud started his career as a Consultant at McKinsey. He then joined the retail sector where he served as Business Development Director then B2B Sales Director. Arnaud is today the Sales Director at G7 in charge of B2B development for the national and international network, as well as partnerships. Arnaud is a graduate of HEC business school.
Finance Director
Marion began her career in financial audit at PwC. Then, she held several positions in pharmaceutical industry as financial controller and CFO. Marion joined G7 as Finance Director/CFO and she has to steer the development and financial issues of the company.
Marion, who is graduated from HEC business school, is also passionate about aikido.
Client Service Manager
Mehdi joined G7 in 2006 as a Call Centre Agent. He later became Client Service Manager in the Sales Department. Today, Mehdi manages a team of 8 experts who handle clients’ requests each day with responsiveness and professionalism. He has a double Masters degree in Journalism and Geopolitics.
Key Account Manager
Aïcha began at G7 in 1985 as a Call Centre Agent in the Customer Services Department. She later joined the Sales Department as Key Account Manager. Aïcha supports our key accounts clients on a daily basis and ensures their needs are fully satisfied.
Marketing Director of the G7 Drivers community
Anne joined G7 in 2016 after holding several positions in strategic marketing consulting & CRM as well as in the retail sector. Those experiences enabled her to develop a deep understanding of marketing issues. Anne is now in charge of animating 8 000 G7 drivers community along with a multidisciplinary team. Anne is a graduate of Essec Business School.
Key Account Manager
Mathieu began his career as a Sales Representative in a referencing and customer relations company before becoming Sales & Marketing Manager in a legal documentation publishing company. In 2013, Matthew joined the G7 Sales Management Team as Sales Manager before being promoted to the position of Key Account Manager. Mathieu graduated in mechanical and electrical engineering.
Accountant Assistant
Elisabeth joined G7 in 1989 as a Call Centre Agent. Elisabeth has been able to take advantage of internal mobility within the organisation to discover different departments and broaden her field of competences. Today, she is Accountant Assistant in the Finance department where she is in charge of managing administrative documents.
Human Resources Director
Peterson began his career in the pharmaceutical industry before he joined BNP Paribas where he held several HR positions in France and abroad. Then, Peterson worked in a consultancy firm before joining G7 as Human Resources Director. Peterson has a HR Master degree from ESSEC business school.
Quality officer
Fabien joined G7 in 2001 as a Call Centre Agent after holding several positions in various industries in France and abroad. He became Team Leader. In the Customer Service Department, Fabien works today as Quality Officer within the the G7 Drivers Community Department and is dedicated to affiliated drivers.
Responsable Marchés et Appels d’Offre
Claire began her career as Business Developer in a nursery management company before being promoted to Key Accounts Manager. In 2014, Claire joined G7 to handle tender bids associated with transport for people with disabilities. Today, she is in charge of all tenders. Claire is a graduate of ESSCA business school.
Senior Sales Manager
Jean joined the Sales Department of G7 in 2013 as Senior Sales Manager. He is part of the “Acquisitions” team and is in charge of subscriber clients. Jean is a graduate in the Wine & Spirits business.
Quality Officer
Hanane began her career in 2000 as a Call Centre Agent. She was soon promoted to Team Leader at the Customer Service Department in order to develop the skills of her teams. Hanane later joined the G7 Drivers Community Department where she is in charge of ensuring that customers are provided with an exemplary quality of service from drivers.
