GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

G7 SUBSCRIBER LOYALTY PROGRAMME

- Version in force as at 27th October 2021 -


These General Terms and Conditions of Use for the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme govern the contractual relationship between G7 and each subscriber of the loyalty programme put in place by G7. These general terms and conditions, of which the “Conditions and Benefits of the Subscriber Loyalty Programme” form an integral part, set out the conditions for accessing and participating in the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme.

This loyalty programme is exclusively restricted to G7 subscribers who take trips in taxis ordered as part of their subscription under the conditions set out below.

ARTICLE 1 - DEFINITIONS:

In these General Terms and Conditions, capitalized terms and expressions shall have the following meanings:

Subscription”:agreement to subscribe to the taxi reservation service offered by G7, subscribed to with G7 by the Member or by the Company for which he/she works, from one of the following Subscription packages offered by G7: “Service”, “Service Prioritaire”, “Service Plus”, “Club Affaires” and “Club Affaires Premium”.

“Subscriber”: the holder of the Subscription or an employee of a Company who is the beneficiary of the Subscription subscribed for by a Company, in his/her capacity as authorised user of the Subscription (hereinafter referred to as a “User”). The Subscriber has a personal Access Code and Password which enable him/her to benefit from the Subscription services. These personal Access Codes and Passwords will also be used as part of the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme as log-in credentials.

Benefits”: benefits offered by G7 to Members of the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme (provided that the measures related to the state of health emergency allow it) in the form of services offered by G7, Advantage Codes or temporary promotional offers offered by certain Partners. The conditions of accessing these Benefits depend on the Member’s Status and are described in the section entitled “Conditions and Benefits of the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme” below, or in any Communication about the G7 Programme.

G7 reserves the right to suspend or stop these Benefits at any time and in particular in the event that the Loyalty Programme is stopped or modified, or in the event of attempted fraud or misappropriation in any form whatsoever, without the Member being able to object thereto.

Loyalty card” and “Card”: the Programme Membership Card, issued and delivered by G7 to Subscribers who meet the Programme's eligibility conditions. The Card, which bears the Subscriber’s name, contains the following information: the Subscriber's Membership Status, title, surname and first name, Subscription package, Access Code and telephone numbers used in connection with the Programme. The colour of the Card corresponds to the Subscriber’s Programme Membership Status.

Access code”: the Subscriber’s Personal Access Code for the Subscription enables him/her to log in using his/her Password to access the Subscription and the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme. It is confidential and must not be disclosed by the Subscriber to any third party. The Subscriber shall have sole responsibility for ensuring that it remains confidential, and sole responsibility for the use thereof, in all circumstances.

Advantages Codes”: Promotional Codes (hereinafter referred to as the “Advantage Code”) worth €20 valid for 6 months for taxi bookings made via the G7.fr website or the G7 Taxi smartphone app (reserved for Individuals – recognizable by its red logo on white background).

G7 Programme Communications”: all G7 communication resources used in connection with the Programme, including: the Loyalty Card, the welcome booklet, the Programme brochures, News, letters, email communications, the Website and the G7 subscriber smartphone apps.

“General Terms and Conditions”: these general terms and conditions of use governing the Programme, of which the document entitled “Conditions and Benefits of the Subscriber Loyalty Programme” forms an integral part.

Trip”: a taxi journey carried out by the Member and ordered exclusively as part of the Subscription. Only eligible Trips give rise to Benefits under the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme.

Company”: the Legal Entity that has taken out a Subscription and offers a Member, who is one of its employees, access to this Subscription as one of the Company's authorised users (hereinafter referred to as a “User”).

G7”: G7, a French société anonyme (public limited company) with share capital of €3,584,595, registered on the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 324 379 866, whose registered office is at 22/28 rue Henri Barbusse - 92110 Clichy, tel.: +33 (0)1 47 39 09 00.

Credentials”: the Access Code and Password used by the Subscriber for the purpose of booking taxis in connection with its Subscription constitute the Member's Credentials for the Programme. They allow the Subscriber to log onto the G7 Website and on G7 iPhone® and G7 Android® subscriber smartphone apps (white logo on red background) to access their personal space and personal Programme Member account (information on the Programme, Status and Points accumulated). The Credentials are confidential and must not be disclosed by the Member to any third party. The Member shall have sole responsibility for ensuring that the Credentials remain confidential, and sole responsibility for the use of the codes, in all circumstances. G7 may change the Member's Credentials for technical and/or security reasons, unilaterally and without notice. In such case it shall inform the Member as soon as possible.

Member”: a G7 Subscriber who meets the eligibility conditions of the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme: only Members are able to benefit from the services and Benefits offered under the Programme.

Password”: the Subscriber's personal authentication code for the Subscription, which, together with his/her Access Code, also enable him/her to access the Programme Member's personal account. The Subscriber is responsible for his/her Password. It is confidential and must not be disclosed by the Subscriber to any third party. The Subscriber shall have sole responsibility for ensuring that it remains confidential, and sole responsibility for the use thereof, in all circumstances.

Partner”: any company with which Points may be used as part of this Programme or from which Subscribers may obtain Benefits in accordance with the conditions described in any Communication on the G7 Programme.

Points”: the loyalty Points accumulated under the Programme based on Trips carried out by the Member as part of the Subscription and ordered via the following order channels:

  • For Members with Ivory or Silver Status: Trips exclusively ordered via G7's digital ordering tools [g7.fr website (subscriber space) and G7 iPhone® and G7 Android® subscriber smartphone apps] (white  logo on red background);
  • For Members with Gold or Platinum Status: Trips ordered via G7's digital ordering tools [g7.fr website (subscriber space), G7 iPhone® and G7 Android® subscriber smartphone (white logo on red background)] as well as Trips ordered via the Member’s priority telephone booking line.] as well as Trips ordered via the Member’s priority telephone booking line.

The Points allow Members to benefit from the Advantage Codes that may be used on the G7.fr website and the G7 Taxi smartphone app (reserved for Individuals, recognizable by its red logo on white background).

Validity period of Points for the use of the Advantage Codes: accumulated Points are valid for the current calendar year and until 31 December of the following calendar year.

Programme”: the G7 loyalty programme restricted to Subscribers and offered by G7 to thank Members who use G7's services for their loyalty.

Status”: The Programme offers four statuses: “Ivory”, “Silver”, “Gold” and “Platinum”.

Each Status level offers specific Benefits.

User”: a Company employee, designated by the Company or the Company’s duly authorised representative, as an authorised user of the Subscription taken out by the Company. The User has a personal Access Code and Password which enable him/her to benefit from the Subscription services taken out by the Company.

The terms defined above in the singular include the plural and in the plural include the singular.

ARTICLE 2 - ACCEPTANCE AND AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Participation in the Programme is subject to acceptance and compliance with these General Terms and Conditions governing the Programme. By participating in the Programme, the Member acknowledges that he/she has read and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions in their entirety, without exception or reservation.

If any changes are made to the Programme, G7 reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions. The Member is therefore responsible for regularly reviewing the latest version of the Programme's General Terms and Conditions, accessible on the Website, on the dedicated Subscriber Loyalty Programme page and on the Subscriber Space.

Furthermore, if any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is held to be null and void as a result of a law or regulation or following a final court decision issued by a competent court, the other provisions shall remain valid and applicable.

ARTICLE 3 - CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES FOR SUBSCRIBING TO THE PROGRAMME

3.1. Eligibility

The Programme is for natural persons only. It is available to any Subscriber or authorised user of a subscriber company (defined above as a “User”), who is an individual and at least 18 years of age, and who meets the eligibility requirements of the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme.

Eligibility conditions for the Programme:

  • Subscriber or User with valid Credentials,
  • Subscriber or User of one of the following packages: “Service”, “Service Prioritaire”, “Service Plus”, “Club Affaires” or “Club Affaires Premium”.
  • who has carried out at least one Trip in the past 12 months in connection with his/her Subscription,
  • and who was not declared, at the time the User’s profile was created, as a “fictitious person” [i.e. a User (such as a department within a company) for which none of the titles “Mr”, “Mrs” or “Miss” has been provided] in the G7 management tools, by the Subscriber or its duly authorised representative.

These conditions must all be met.

G7 reserves the right to exclude any User without notice in the following scenarios:

  • The Subscriber or User's Credentials are used by several persons (more than three call-back numbers out of 80% of the annual volume of Trips);
  • Subscriber or User for whom the benefit of the Company's Subscription has been suspended, or removed (by the Subscriber, the Company or G7);
  • The User’s ordering codes (Access Code and Password) have been revoked by the Subscriber or its duly authorised representative;
  • The User has left the Subscriber Company;
  • The User has been excluded by the manager of the Company from the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme.

Each Subscriber may be a Member of the Loyalty Programme for each Subscription to which he/she has access.

G7 reserves the right to request any document proving the identity of the Subscriber or User.

3.2. No charge

Participation in the Programme is free of charge. Members are informed by the G7 communication media of their inclusion in the Programme.

They are also informed when they identify themselves with the G7 digital ordering tools [g7.fr website (subscriber space) and iPhone® and G7 Android® subscriber applications (white logo on red background)].

3.3. Participation in the Programme

The following information is required to participate in the Programme: the Member’s title, surname, first name, email address and Access Code, and the Subscriber’s Subscription package, Name or Company name and postal address. It must be provided by the Company's manager or by the Member.

If the Member is an employee of the Company, which is itself the holder of the Subscription, he/she must immediately inform G7 in the event that his/her employment contract with the Company is terminated, since the benefit of the Subscription and his/her status as a Member of the Programme is conditional on his/her status as an employee of a G7 subscribing company.

By participating in the Programme, the Member agrees to receiving communications from the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme. He/she may, at any time, unsubscribe from the Programme’s newsletters via the unsubscribe link.

3.4. Loyalty card

Participation in the Programme will give rise to the attribution of a G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme card on the Programme being launched and on each annual renewal, in the event of a change in Status. The personal Card is in physical format and is sent to the Member at the Subscriber’s postal address. This card is for personal use only.

ARTICLE 4 - DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONING OF THE G7 SUBSCRIBER LOYALTY PROGRAMME

This G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme provides Members with access, depending on their Status, to exclusive customised services and offers: dedicated services, prestige events, exclusive partnerships, and an ultra-personalised experience (provided that the measures related to the state of health emergency allow it). 

The details of these Advantages and their conditions of accessing are described in the section "Conditions and Benefits of the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme" below.

The Programme has 4 statuses: “Ivory”, “Silver”, “Gold” and “Platinum”.

Each Status level offers specific Benefits.

This Programme allows the Member, from the date on which he/she joins the Programme, to accumulate Points for Trips ordered via the specific order channels for Subscribers: the G7 Subscriber applications, the Website (subscription space) as well as, for Members with Gold or Platinum Status, the priority telephone bookings line (for Trips ordered from 1 January 2020 onwards).

Member are awarded 10 points for each completed Trip.

Participation in the Programme entitles you to the following Benefits:

  • The various Statuses allow Members to obtain dedicated Benefits and services: Dedicated Customer Support Service – Return of Lost Property, and depending on Status: Priority ranking - Benefits in respect of a selection of products and services from Partners (this Benefit is available from 30 September 2019 onwards) - Invitations to private events - On-board customisation - Additional personal subscription offered free of charge – Paris Museums card.
  • •    The accumulated Points entitles the Member, once 500 Points have been reached, to a Advantage Code sent by G7 by e-mail, provided that the Member has provided his/her email address or communicated it to G7. This Advantage Code is worth €20 and may be credited against a taxi booking made for personal use on the G7.fr website or the G7 Taxi smartphone app (reserved for Individuals recognizable by its red logo on white background).

The Advantage Code is valid for six months beginning on the date on which it is generated.

4.1. Status and change of Status

The G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme offers four Statuses: “Ivory”, “Silver”, “Gold and “Platinum”.

The criteria used to determine these different statuses are described in the document entitled “Conditions and Benefits of the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme”.

A Member's status shall change in accordance with these criteria. The Status may change up or down. Members shall be informed of any change of status. They may also check their Status and their Points balance in their personal Subscriber space on the G7 Website or on G7 subscriber applications (white logo on red background), Loyalty Programme section.

  • Attribution of Status to G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme Members:
  • When the Programme is launched, Status shall be determined based on the volume of Trips carried out by the Member over the period from 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019;
  • After the Programme has been launched, the Status of Subscribers who are new Members of the Programme shall be determined on the day following the date of their first trip.
  • Changes in Status: For subsequent periods, Status is reviewed and adjusted every calendar quarter in the event of an upwards change in Status and every four calendar quarters in the event of a downwards change in Status (only if the volume of Trips falls in each of four consecutive calendar quarters).

Whenever G7 notifies the Member of a change in Status, he/she may benefit from the Benefits of his/her new Status with his/her former Card. However, the Member shall keep the same Credentials and retain the vested Benefits and shall be entitled to the Benefits associated with his/her new Status as soon as the change in Status is made.

4.2. Accumulated Points

4.2.1 Calculation rules

Points are accumulated until 31 December of year N+1. Points that are obtained during year N but are not used by the Member expire on 1 January of year N+2, but the Advantage Codes vested in the Member are retained until their expiry date.

Points take account of the number of Trips carried out, ordered via the dedicated Subscriber ordering tools: any taxi trip carried out by the Member and ordered exclusively as part of the G7 Subscription and via the G7 ordering digital tools [g7.fr website (subscriber space), G7 iPhone® and G7 Android® subscriber smartphone apps (white logo on red background) and, solely for Members with Gold or Platinum Status, priority telephone booking line (from January 2020 onwards)], with the communication of his/her Credentials in connection with the order entitles the Member to Points.

Points are credited to the Member's account the day after the Trip is completed.

4.2.2 Cancellation of the corresponding Points in the event that the cost of the Trip is refunded

In the event that the cost of a Trip is refunded for any reason whatsoever, the corresponding Points are automatically deducted from the accumulated Points balance.

4.3. Use of Benefits

The Benefits are only valid on communication of the Credentials or the surname and first names of the Member of the Programme (depending on the Benefits in question).

Subject to the provisions of Article 8 "Termination of participation in the Program", the Benefits are valid until December 31 of the current year. Unused Benefits are forfeited.

4.4. Consultation of Accumulated Points and Benefits

Members may check their accumulated Points in their personal Subscriber space on the G7 Website or on G7 subscriber applications - Loyalty Programme section.

4.5. Termination of or changes to the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme

G7 reserves the right to terminate the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme or to modify it at any time, without compensation, subject to informing Members by letter or email and by an online post with a minimum notice period of one month. Changes may relate to:

  • The Points scale and the various loyalty Statuses,
  • Offered Benefits (Advantage Codes, G7 Services and promotional offers from Partners),
  • These General Terms and Conditions for the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme,

The latest up-to-date version of the Programme General Terms and Conditions will be available on the G7 website-subscriber area.

In the event that the Programme is terminated, Members may use their vested  Advantage Codes on or before their expiry date, and within a maximum period of six months.

ARTICLE 5 - PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is collected and processed by G7 in connection with the Programme and for the purposes of running and managing the Programme.

For further information on the processing of your personal data, please refer to the “Personal data” policy available on the G7 Website and on G7 smartphone apps.

ARTICLE 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Trademarks that are used in connection with the Programme are registered trademarks that are protected by trademark laws. Any use of such trademarks without authorisation shall constitute infringement.

ARTICLE 7 - INFORMATION - COMPLAINTS

7.1. Relationship with Customer Support Service for the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme

If you have any questions or comments on the Programme, Members may contact the Customer Support Service for the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme.

  • By telephone: dedicated telephone number based on the Member's status, stated on the Loyalty card;
  • By post: G7 – Service Client G7 – 22-28 rue Henri Barbusse – 92100 Clichy;
  • By filling out a form on the G7 Website: https://www.g7.fr (https://www.g7.fr/contactez-g7-taxi).

7.2. Complaints

In the event of any complaint or question relating to the Programme, the Member should contact the Customer Support Service as soon as possible:

  • By telephone to the number specified above;
  • by post to the address specified above;
  • via the online form on the G7 Website, stating the subject of the request and providing sufficient information for the Customer Support Service to be able to identify and contact the Member (surname, first name, postal or email address, telephone number, Programme Access Code).

ARTICLE 8 - TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAMME

8.1. At the Member's initiative

The Member may, at any time, terminate his/her participation in the Programme by providing notice as follows:

  • By post: by sending a photocopy of an identity document and the Card to the address set out above;
  • via the online form on the G7 Website, providing proof of identity and entering his/her Programme Access Code.

Termination of participation in the Programme will result in the definitive cancellation of accumulated Points and any Benefits vested or associated with the Status, excluding vested G7 Booking Promotional Codes with a validity period of six months.

8.2. At the Company's initiative

The Company may decide at any time to suspend the Member’s participation in the Programme or to withdraw the Member’s status as a User of the Company’s Subscription, thereby causing the Member to lose his/her status as Member of the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme.

Termination of participation in the Programme will result in the definitive loss of accumulated Points and any Benefits vested or associated with the Status, without the Member being able to claim any compensation, excluding vested  Advantage Codes with a validity period of six months. 

8.3. At the initiative of G7

G7 reserves the right to suspend a Member’s participation in the Programme, or to deactivate the Member’s Status, in particular:

  • In the event of fraud or attempted fraud under the Programme;
  • If a third party uses the Subscriber's Credentials in breach of these General Terms and Conditions and in the event of an abnormally high number of Trips carried out over the same day and ordered using the same Credentials;
  • In the event of a payment incident in connection with the Subscription that is not resolved within one month of G7 sending a reminder;
  • In the event of any action that may disrupt the functioning of the Website of the apps or the Programme;
  • In the event of a breach of these General Terms and Conditions or the general terms and conditions of Subscription;
  • If the Member does not carry out any Trips over the course of a consecutive period of 12 months;
  • In the event that the Member dies.

Deactivation of the Member's Status will result in the definitive loss of accumulated Points and any Benefits vested or associated with the Status, without the Member being able to claim any compensation, excluding vested Advantage Codes with a validity period of six months.

Article 9 - LIABILITY

9.1. Undertakings by the Member

The Member undertakes, when subscribing to the Programme and throughout the duration of his/her participation in the Programme, to provide accurate information.

In the event of a change to his/her personal information, the Member must notify G7 as soon as possible:

  • By post to the following address: G7 – Service Clients– 22-28 rue Henri Barbusse – 92110 Clichy,
  • via the online form on the G7 Website, providing proof of identity and entering his/her Programme Access Code,
  • or amend that information directly via his/her personal space on the G7 Website, attaching a photocopy/scan of a supporting document.

The Member undertakes to use the Card and his/her Credentials in accordance with the provisions set out in these General Terms and Conditions and shall procure that any beneficiary of the G7 Additional Subscription that he/she may be granted as a Benefit under the Loyalty Programme shall comply with these General Terms and Conditions.

Failing that, G7 reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the Member’s Status under the conditions referred to in the previous section entitled “Termination of Participation in the Programme”.

The Member shall be solely responsible for his/her Card in the event of loss, theft or damage.

9.2. Liability of G7

In general terms, G7 shall be responsible, as part of a best endeavours obligation, for the administration of the Programme and for access to the associated Benefits.

G7 shall not be held liable in the event that:

  • the Programme fails to operate properly;
  • any of the Partners withdraws from the Programme;
  • the Member’s Card is lost/stolen/damaged or his/her Credentials are lost or stolen;

The photographs, text, graphics, reproduced information that describes the Programme, Services and Benefits are not contractually binding. In the event of a manifest error between the characteristics of the products and services and the way in which they are represented, G7 shall not be held liable.

ARTICLE 10 - GOVERNING LAW

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by French law.

The French version alone shall be authoritative.



CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS OF THE G7 SUBSCRIBER LOYALTY PROGRAMME

Conditions in force as at 27 October 2021

By joining the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme, the Member shall have access to various Benefits described below. This loyalty programme is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Use for the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme.

I - DETERMINING A MEMBER’S STATUS UNDER THE G7 SUBSCRIBER LOYALTY PROGRAMME

The G7 Loyalty Programme offers four statuses: “Ivory”, “Silver”, “Gold” and “Platinum”.

Status is based on the volume of Trips carried out by the Member and/or the User [number of Trips multiplied by a factor that reflects the Subscription package subscribed to by the Subscriber and the pricing model of the Subscription selected by the Subscriber (“occasional”, “frequent” or “regular”) and the cost of the Trip]. The Status will be renewed every calendar quarter.

By way of estimate, the following table shows, for each Subscription package, the monthly number of trips, using an average cost of €35 per trip, that need to be carried out in order to achieve the higher Status:

II - BENEFITS OF THE G7 SUBSCRIBER LOYALTY PROGRAMME

1.Ivory Status

  • Customer Service

The Customer Support Service allows Members with Ivory Status who are having trouble ordering a taxi or experiencing difficulties after a trip, to contact a dedicated team, based in France, 24 hours a day via a dedicated number. The Customer Support Service is available between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Outside the Customer Service department’s stated opening hours, the Member is redirected directly to the Customer Relationship Centre, which is available 24/7.

  • Return of lost property

If, at the end of a trip, a Member notices that he/she has lost an item, he/she may contact G7 using a dedicated priority number provided by G7 to assist Members in recovering their personal items.

Subject to the taxi driver’s availability, he/she may deliver items found in his/her taxi to the Member, at the address of his/her choice subject to paying the taxi driver the cost of the trip.

Although it shall use its best efforts to assist Members in finding their personal items, G7 shall not be liable for any items that are lost or forgotten in taxis.

  • Promotional Code for taxi journeys

On completion of each Trip ordered via the G7 Subscriber apps (white logo on red background) or the g7.fr website, Members are awarded 10 loyalty points. Points are credited the day after the Trip.

Every 500 points, Members benefit from a promotional code (hereinafter referred to as “Advantage Code”) worth €20, valid for 6 months, to be deducted from a taxi booking made via the G7.fr website or the G7 Taxi smartphone application (reserved for Individuals, recognizable by its red logo on white background). 

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme, these thresholds and the amount of the Benefits may be amended by G7. 

2. Silver Status

Members with Silver Status benefit from the same Benefits as those with Ivory Status, plus the following Benefits:

  • Lost items will be returned within 48 hours (working days), subject to the driver’s availability, to Silver Members.

(Indicative period, subject to the availability of the taxi driver.)

  • Priority upgrade

If a G7 Club affaires or Club Premium vehicle is available, Members with Silver status who hold a Subscription other than for G7 Club Affaires or G7 Club Premium shall be upgraded. They will receive an SMS message notifying them of this upgrade.

  • Partner offers

Members with Silver Status enjoy exclusive benefits with G7 Partners on a selection of brands in France and worldwide from 1 October 2019 onwards (hotels, spas, fine dining, etc.):

  • TAKE A CHEF
  • MAISON DU CHOCOLAT
  • DAMANN FRERES
  • KASPIA

This list is subject to change and the benefits granted to Subscribers are subject to change.

The list of Partners and details of the Benefits offered are available on the web platform dedicated to the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme, developed and operated by Service Concierge - 64/66 rue des archives -75003 Paris – Paris Trade and Companies Register No. 485 281 232, operating under the trading name JOHN PAUL. This platform is only accessible via the member space of the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme on the G7 website and via the G7 Subscriber applications. Use of the dedicated web platform is governed by the general terms and conditions of use of that platform.

The Benefits are governed by the Partners’ general terms and conditions of sale.

All conditions associated with the Benefits are set out on the Member Space, on the dedicated web platform and directly on the Partners’ websites.

3.  Gold Status

Members with Gold Status benefit from the same Benefits as those with Silver Status, plus the following Benefits:

  • Advantage Code for taxi journeys

On completion of each Trip ordered via the G7 Subscriber apps (white logo on red background), the g7.fr website or the priority booking telephone line, Members are awarded 10 loyalty points. Points are credited the day after the Trip.

Every 500 points, Members benefit from a Advantage Code worth €20, valid for 6 months, sent by email, to be deducted from a taxi booking made via the G7.fr website or the G7 Taxi smartphone application (reserved for Individuals, recognizable by its red logo on white background). 
In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the G7 Subscriber Loyalty Programme, these thresholds and the amount of the Benefits may be amended by G7.

  • Private events

(provided that the measures related to the state of health emergency allow it) Members with Gold Status receive invitations for two people to premium cultural events. 

4. Platinum Status

Members with Platinum Status benefit from the same Benefits as those with Gold Status, plus the following Benefits:

  • The Platinum Members benefit from a dedicated Platinum Customer Service department: the number dedicated to Platinum Members gives them direct access to a customer relationship manager from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Outside opening hours, the Member is redirected directly to the Customer Relationship Centre, which is available 24/7.
  • Lost items will be returned within 24 hours (working days) subject to the driver’s availability, to Platinum Members.

  • On-board customisation

On-board customisation is offered to Platinum Members. It allows Members to benefit from a choice of options on request from the Customer Support Service for a personalised on-board experience (door opening, air conditioning, sound environment).

These preferences will be communicated to drivers before the start of each Trip.

  • Personal subscription to G7 taxi booking service free of charge

Platinum Members benefit, on request from the Customer Support Service, from a personal subscription to the G7 taxi booking service free of charge, for a person of their choice or for themselves, in the subscription package chosen by the user.

(No charge for the annual subscription to the G7 taxi booking service, with other fees or expenses and the cost of taxi rides to be paid for by the user).

  • Museum Passes (provided that the measures related to the state of health emergency allow it)

Platinum Members, on request from the Customer Support Service, benefit from a “Carte Paris Musée” (Paris Museum Card) valid for 1 year for two people, which provides them with queue-free and unlimited access to a selection of museums in Paris.
