Informations Covid-19

Since 20th of March 2021, the government has put in place a series of new measures to fight the spread of VIDOC-19.

The G7 is mobilised to participate actively in this collective effort. The health and safety of our passengers and affiliated drivers remains our priority.

However, all of our services remain available to accompany our passengers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even during curfew periods for their essential journeys.

For everyone's safety, we remind you that only certain types of travel are allowed during the lockdown and curfew (9pm to 6am), including by taxi :

  • For professional reasons
  • For medical reasons
  • For compelling family reasons
  • For assistance to vulnerable and precarious people
  • For a judicial or administrative summons
  • For missions of general interest
  • To go to a training course, or to accompany your child to school
  • For rail, air or bus transits

It is therefore imperative that all passengers carry a duly completed travel certificate, available here.

The G7 The G7 Protection + sanitary protocol

In order to guarantee the health and safety of our passengers and our affiliated drivers, G7 has designed a strict health protocol, in collaboration with Bureau Veritas, the world leader in testing, inspection and certification, to specify the health measures defined by the Regulations and Health Authorities.

Drivers are made aware of and trained in this protocol and are committed to respecting the G7 Health Charter, which offers passengers the best health safety standards on the market.

For any order through the G7 application, you will be able to evaluate after the trip your level of satisfaction corresponding to the sanitary measures proposed by your driver.

In accordance with this health protocol, our passengers and drivers are invited to respect the following safety measures and barrier gestures, in order to ensure the safety and health of all, during their next trip on board a G7 :

On behalf of our passengers

  • Wearing a mask: regulations now require taxi passengers over the age of 11 to wear a mask. Make sure you have your mask on before boarding the vehicle.
  • Wash your hands before and after entering the vehicle with soap or a hydroalcoholic solution, as well as after leaving the vehicle.
  • Open and close the door yourself
  • Drop off and pick up your luggage directly by opening and closing the boot yourself.
  • Do not place luggage on the rear seat of the vehicle.
  • Sit in the rear seats only
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow or into a disposable handkerchief.
  • Prefer contactless payment by credit card on board or directly via the G7 mobile application (payment via G7 Connect).
